However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a clear and simple return and cancellation policy to ensure your peace of mind.
Return & Refund Policy (Within 30 Days)
We accept return and refund requests within 30 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.

Return requests must be submitted via email within the 30-day window.
Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days, using the original method of payment.
Cancellation Policy (Within 12 Hours)
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, provided they have not been processed or shipped.
To cancel an order, please contact us immediately with your order number and the reason for cancellation.
If the order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. In such cases, you may proceed with a return (refer to policy above).
Exceptions
Return shipping costs are not covered by MOONLIT MIST BEAUTY SDN. BHD. unless the item received is incorrect, defective, or damaged upon arrival.
We do not accept returns for:
